I received invisalign on Feb. 1, 2008 and I am on set 12 of 14 trays at the moment. I had a ton of spacing and a huge gap which is virtually gone. I had pain on the first day of each new set, but I took extra strength tylenol before putting on my new set which helps!! I also wear them as recommended, around 20 hours a day and only taking them off for meals. I have had such success and quick results because I followed the instructions and I did not have anything other than a spacing issue. Nothing was too crooked. It is the best money I have ever spent as an adult and no one notices I have them on. My boss just noticed last week and I got them in February!
