Very happy to have found Dr. Karimi. I have an eye for aesthetics and I'm not easily pleased. I did a lot of research trying to find a surgeon who specializes in fillers, specifically using blunt cannulas. Having done both blunt cannula injections and traditional needle injections, without question I'll never go back to needles. The bruising and pain are far less with the blunt cannula, and more delicate areas can be reached. Dr. Karimi is extremely skilled using the blunt cannula, and equally importantly, listened in depth to what I wanted to achieve, marked out the areas very specifically, analyzed his work throughout the process, took his time, let me check his work and be involved in the process, everything I was looking for. And the results are great. If your looking to get fillers, go to this guy.
