This is my 2nd week, the first week my tongue was very sore from the rubbing on the bottom tray, all cleared up and no pain and my teeth are looking better, the good thing is I'm losing weight as I don't snack, once in a while a can of slim fest to get thru the work day. and a through rinsing, 1 meal for breakfast and dinner. my dentist very through explain the whole procedure, can't wait to see the end result.
