i sort of experienced the same thing. i liked the results of the facial fat transfer at first, but then the fat resorbed and i was back to square one. so i got a second facial fat transfer and if a little bit at all stayed, it's not much. i wonder why fat transfer seems to last and stay for some people but not others...
Same experience myself. Thought the first time too little was injected, but the same thing happened the 2nd time. 3 weeks in now, and it virtually looks like nothing has been done (aside from some residual malar swelling that makes my cheeks look hideous). Very disappointing to say the least.
I'd kill to have some of mine gone. It's been nearly a year and a half and my face is still much too full

You were lucky im a stuck with an overstuffed face. When did you see that everything got reabsorbed?

Fat grafting to face, not worth it. Fat reabsorbs into body, and fat is gone. Waste of money and pain..

Fat injected to face reabsorbs..Unreliable..
Fat injected to nasal fold area does not seem to work..
I HAD FAT TRANSFER PLUS STEM CELLS DONE A MTH. AGO AND I HAD A LOWER FACE LIFT BEFORE THAT AND THE LIFT LEFT BAD BANDS UNDER NECK AND DR. DID NOT TAKE ENOUGH OFF TO HELP WITH NASIO FOLDS AROUND MOUTH, SO HE SAID FAT TRANSFER SHOULD DO IT...NO!! THE FOLDS ARE EVEN WORSE NOW, HE PUT FAT UNDER CHEEK BONES AND IN FOREHEAD FOR 11'S AS WELL...I FEEL LIKE THE FAT HAS FALLEN DOWN TO MY JOWL LINE AND I LOOK WORSE THAN I DID BEFORE WITH JUST THE MINI FACE LIFT. I ALSO HAD MY BREASTS DONE AND I JUST WANTED A LITTLE LIFT AND HE JUST KEPT PUTTING FAT INTO MY BREASTS AND NOW THEY ARE SO BIG, I NEVER WANTED MY BREASTS TO LOOK LIKE THAT...IF THEY DO NOT GO DOWN WILL PROBABLY HAVE TO HAVE A BREAST REDUCTION. I'M NOT AT ALL HAPPY WITH FAT TRANSFER TO MY FACE, I THINK IT HAS DONE MORE DAMAGE THAN GOOD.
