I bought a Groupon to have Zoom at a nearby dentist's office. I had a teeth cleaning beforehand and underwent three 15 minute Zoom sessions consecutively. I had no pain, only felt warmth. After the procedure, my teeth appear almost exactly the same. The technician said they lightened one shade, but it's quite difficult to see a difference. My only solace is that I did not pay the $300-$400 that this procedure normally costs. I used bleaching trays eight years ago and achieved much better results.

What a bummer to not see much change. Did you experience much discomfort after you went home, or was that part ok too?
