The days after surgery
1. Just know this pain is intense!!
2. Thank God for my family's help as I could not even go to the bathroom without help.
3.I begin to freak out too soon about my results... Trust me you'll be swollen.
4.The pain meds were my best friend. They must be taken like clock work or else...did i already mention the Pain!!!
5.Water, Water, Water. I drank soooo much water during my first couple of weeks of recovery
6. I'm still taking it easy 3 weeks after. I'm also still in need of support from family and friends along with this amazing website. This will be a process. Take it 1 day @ a time:)

Days leading up to the big day!!!
My days leading up to Surgery.
1. I was 200 lbs @ surgey time
2. I was nervous and even down right scared.
3. I thought of all the reasons I shouldn't do it.
4. I was on an emotional roller coaster 1 week before the big day. Nightmares, doubts, google searches of all things bad and surgery deterring.
5. The Valium the dr prescribed was the only way I could sleep nights before the surgery. (Overwhelming thoughts) And the day of surgery would have never happened without it!!:)
