6 month or so update
The last 6 months i wasn't really good about my fitness - and my eating was about 50/50 so given that, I feel like these results are real - there definitely are visual changes and are definitely due to the surgery. But to really get where I am going, I need to be much better about my work outs! Anyways, hope this helps anyone who is on the fence about getting the surgery.
Results

Inner thigh update
I'm 4 days post and feel amazing - the recovery on my legs seems to have gone much more smoother that my abs (which my lower ab is still swollen and hard lumps but I'd say about 95% there)
I purchased compression capris from the clinic I went to and I hated them. They had an opening in the crouch area to allow access to the bathroom without removing. While that would've been great if I had my outer thighs done but the cutout cut right into my thigh and I started to notice denting after the first night (no Bueno!) so I ditched them. I had a pair of compression leggings that I've been wearing during the days sometimes but in all honesty, I haven't been wearing them and feel fine (I don't think that would've been the case for my flanks and abs - they were way more sensitive so the compressions really helped)
At night, I've been sleeping with two pillows under my knees and that's helped with swelling a lot. I stopped taking the pain meds after the first day because I felt like I didn't need them any longer - I definitely am bruised and I'm sure the bruising would've been less had I worn the compression more but they will disappear soon I'm sure.
I also had my lower flanks done to get rid of the muffin top I had which is still swollen but that'll go down soon I'm sure - I really want to go to the gym but I know I need to rest for a few more days - maybe I'll just do a bunch of ab and arm stuff.. Which that's one thing I've noticed is as the lumps disappeared from my lower an area, it's no longer hard and I feel like it needs to be toned up - maybe I might actually see some abs now! How cool would that be
Provider Review
Upon arrival to the clinic, I was a little unsure as it's not in the best area of town - however, don't let that steer you away. I met with Alice first to discuss the procedure, budget and what I wanted to get done. Dr Asmar came in and examined me and chatted and he was great. Super nice, friendly and I really felt like he wanted me to get great results. This really pushed me in my decision to go with him because I didn't feel like I was just another patient to make money off of. He genuinely wanted to make me look my best. The clinic also knew I wanted to get the procedure done quickly and fit me in within a week which was so awesome! During the surgery, he talked with me and distracted me to help me feel at ease. I can't recommend him enough and made the whole process something I will look back on with positive feelings instead of anxiety.
