As I was getting older, my breasts were starting to sag. They were well below my crease. Dr. Hughes recommended a breast lift and a small implant to help with the upper breast fullness. I did not want to be huge, just full. After surgery at the first appointment, the breast looked great - no bruising and perfectly symmetric. The results are great.
