Eyelid Surgery: Stories

I've always had droopier eyelids and casually heard about Dr. Taban through another physician I know. I had toyed around with the idea of having it corrected but wasn't very sure about it because for me its not an aging issue.

I saw the yelp reviews and decided to go in for a consultation with Dr. Taban. His office was great from the first phone call! Natalia who manages his office is very professional and very helpful.

Dr. Taban is also really experienced and I found out he actually educates other doctors on eyelid surgery and so I felt more comfortable with him. He explained that he could perform the eyelid surgery in the office and we wouldn't even have to go to a surgery center! That made me SUPER comfortable moving forward, he explained the downtime and that I'd need to take it easy for the first week or so while I had the sutures in. After the sutures are removed I can mask the area with makeup.

The results have been fabulous, better than I expected and there wasn't much discomfort after my eyelid surgery. I work from home and so being down for a week wasn't a big deal.

The part that made me feel the most comfortable is that Dr. Taban does all the pre and post op himself and so I knew I had personalized care and a great oculoplastic surgeon. His office is easy to get a hold of and I was able to have simple questions answered really easily!

Totally worth it!
