Post surgery 4th day

The first and second day were the worst pain ever. I couldn't move my body. I also had a hard time peeing. Sleeping on my tummy was a nightmare. My arms would get numb. Every time I would pee literally my bf help me to stand up. It's getting annoying to be laying on my tummy. If I stand up my legs get tired fast. So I been watching videos from my ipad and getting distracted as much as I can. The pain killers has helped me a lot. I felt relaxed and the pain minimized. In the mornings I been eating oatmeal with no sugar and plain Greek yogurt. For lunch I been eating soups. Mix fruits, and drinking tons of liquids.
My 3rd day I was feeling less swollen. I showered really quick. I felt fresh, smelling clean. Much better. Dr. Hudghes called me to follow up. He gave me some tips to sleep since I was having trouble sleeping. He told me to eat more protein to recover faster.
At night my left. Leg started hurting. Idk why. I put my socks and bf gave me a massage. The pain killer made feel better.
Today 4th day I feel way better. I can get up and lay down from bed by myself. I'm loving it. Because the pain is going down. However I started getting very itchy. Everywhere I'm just getting a lil massage. What should I do? This itchiness it's getting annoying. I'm not leaking anymore. I wonder if I'm done getting rid of the fluid. Here are some photos before I showered

The day of my surgery!

I was 30 mins. Late Los Angeles traffic it's horrible specially 405. My bf picked me up to my home. For some reason I was irritated all my way there I guess cuz the traffic. Once I got there. They prepared me right away n took pics. I spoke to dr. Hudges. He checked my body. He told that I have scoliosis. Some type of s shape vertebrae. I never knew. I got sad. I guess it can be congenitally or due to an accident I had when I was a child. I will do a research on it later. Afterwards the assistant was kind put antibacterial all over my body. They put me on the bed. I was cold. The anesthesiologist was a nice old man. The anesthesia hurt lil bit when it went trough my veins. I was talking and feeling good. Then pass out. Next thing I know I was in another room the nurse woke me up. The surgery was done. It was comforting to see my boyfriend when I woke up. Literally I didn't feel the surgery. I didn't even see the doctors. When I woke up. I couldn't move at all. I was so so sore. My bf put some pillow in the back of the car and I lay down on my tummy. I really hated the trip back home. I felt sore, the traffic, I wanted to get out from the car right away. My bf was so patient. I really appreciate his attention. When I got to his place. I ate chicken soup. It felt great then I took the pain killers n antibiotic. So I don't feel that sore. He helped me lay down on the bed. I couldn't move at all. At night I barely slept. I keep waking up every one hour to pee. I felt bad to wake him up. But I couldn't do it myself. He literally put a base between my legs to pee. I was peeing standing up. This experience was very painful and honestly you can't do it by yourself. You need someone to help you. Here are some pics of the binder I got. I really look like a fat burrito. Btw all my body is swollen including face, hands n feet
