Hi, am a 30yers male and planning to have a body lift at the end of Octobar in Los Angeles.
Are there any recommendation for me before and after the operation.

I've decide to have body lift because I lost almost 130lb. Also I have a lot of lose skin waist area.
Wow, 130lb! That's awesome. How did you manage to lose so much weight?
I'm sure you'll look and feel great after your body lift. Are you prepared for your surgery? Have you ensured enough time off work to recover?

It's about two weeks to have my body lift,and I'll have it with Dr.Grant Steven in Los Anageles. Wish me luck
