I found Dr. Hughes after one of my friends had surgery with him. I always had a wide nose and the nostrils were too large. Dr. Hughes reduced my tip and brought it up a little and narrowed the bridge. He also reduced my nostril size. He did these without any noticeable scars and I had very little swelling after the surgery.
