62 Years, Had Surgical Facelift but Still Did Not Enough Volume in Cheeks - Long Island, NY

I have had 2 surgical facelifts in the past ten years. Though these procedure smoothed away wrinkles, I still had deep nasal labia lines and not enough volume in my cheeks. I had fillers placed in both areas many times, I have tried Juvederm, restylyne and radiesse. All initiall with good results, but short lasting. As early as one month after receiving fillers to my cheek, I could see the volume diminishing quickly. I then tried fat from my abdomen used as a filler. I was told that this would last longer. It did not. I am considering a cheek implant but have read about many having complications from such. Is there a permanent cheek implant that is safe and will work well?
This seems more of a question than a review of any particular procedure.
