I had Artifill injected just above my upper lip to remove the vertical lines in 2000.. In 2002 I had my first bout with it flaring up. Since then every 2 years like clockwork, I develop granulomas and this current time, we are having a very difficult time getting it under control. Currently injecting Kenalog 10 and it is clearly not working. Any advise on how to remove them. One doctor stated that a surgeon in Canada has had some succession removing, the problem is that it could cause nerve damage

Wow, that's not fun at all. So I'm not sure I read your review correctly have you been to see a different doctor about what's going on? I'm so sorry this is happening to you. I just came across your post. Sorry that this is happening to you. I have been following up on fillers for years...Artefill was not in the market in 2000 or 2002. It only became available in the US (only) in 2006. it will be a good idea to check with your doctor on what product they injected you with prior to seeking a solution. that will make a big difference perhaps.
