Usually I'd say Botox is great - but not this time. My left eyelid is drooping and it hurt. He was very aggressive and a bit rude.

Hello Dr's. I have had Botox treatments about 4 times in the past. I've never experienced a problem in the past. I went to a new Dr. and I just had it done again in my forehead, between the brows and crows feet. This doctor injected it so quickly and quite hard. For the first time it hurt and it was very aggresive. Also for the first time, my left eyelid is drooping a bit. Is this a result of bad Botox??? He said he injected almost 70 units - but I'm not sure that is the case. Can this problem be corrected or do I have to wait until the Botox wears off? needless to say, I am NEVER going to back to this Dr. again. But I am supposed to go back in a week for follow up. Should I have him fix it or just leave it alone? thanks very much.

Great review?

Do not worry. The droopy eye lid is because the botox injected to the forehead was too close the the eye brow and some seeped down to the muscle that lifts the eyelid, Lavator Palpebre Muscle and caused the droop. It usuall lasts somewhere between 3 and 4 weeks. There are eye drops that will lift the droopy lid for few hours. ask your PLASTIC SURGEON
