I was motivated by Dr Desai background and confidence and knowledge. His confidence at out meeting. I was a 30b and I wanted a D cup. I got what I ordered. I had no pain after surgery. Dr Desai is an ivy league grad and his knowledge and experice is why inwas sold. He has miricle hands. My breast were different sizes and the aerola was not poining in same direction. With his high experience dr Desai know if he added a bigger implant in the smaller breast it will look as similar to the normal size one. The results were amazing. U can see it in the picture. I had 425cc in left and 350 on right. I feel sexy and confident
