4 months after ba my breasts sit low and feel very heavy. i was told i didnt need an uplift when i asked if i needed one. the surgeon suggested 435 low profile implants. now my breasts look low and wide they hurt a lot and carnt push them up in a bra as they are to heavy.
i wish i had had gone for an uplift with smaller implants but now carnt afford to do it all again.

I had implants put in...was told I didn't need a lift (although I did) and I had same issue as you where the implants felt too wide inside my body for my frame....I decided to explant but that was my own personal choice....I wish u luck!
I had a lift and 450 gel implants, they sit low as well. I asked the PS what kind of implants because they sit low, he said (I'm sorry I cannot remember, moderate something gel) but he said it depends on how the persons breast are determines the way the implant sits. I don't really believe that but I too cannot afford to take them out to get bigger ones to hopefully sit higher. Hope your pain lessens soon and you are happy with your new implants.
i was told by another surgeon i needed a lift as they deflated
but another surgeon said i didnt low profile implants would fill them out which they have at the bottom so to get a good look in a bra i need to hoist them up and have bra straps tight which is so uncomfortable
If you are sitting low the problem maybe you needed a lift to go along with the implants. I have a size b and silicone gel with lift and they look great. Very perky, natural and sit high
Tehy look great and natural. What you report having to do in order to accomodate them inside a bra is what every woman with heavy breasts has to do every day.
I think they look nice... how's the pain now?
Was there a reason they didn't suggest a high profile ?
I think your breasts look amazing and natural!
