Wrong Side of 40 and Looking Tired. London, GB

I'd been considering an upper blepharoplasy for a while and after reading the reviews on this site decided to have a consultation with Dominic Bray. I nearly chickened out 5 mins before thinking '"What the hell am I doing" but once I'd met Dominic and his amazing PA Lucy all my worries and anxieties fell away. You read all his reviews and think "This is just too good to be true" but honestly he is a genius. He is honest (told me I didn't need my jowls doing just yet even though I was quite keen) lovely, professional, charming, funny, talented - I can't think of enough words. Just go and you'll know what I mean. Stop looking for another surgeon. If you can get an appointment with Dominic go for it! I was scared on the day of my op but Dom made me laugh with his cheesy music and him and Lucy just reminded me how fab I'd look when it was over. The op itself was quick and painless. I felt a bit of tugging which was more weird than painful. I was all done after about half an hour and could tell right away it was going to look great even with the stitches. I was sent home to rest and ice and Dom called me regularily the next couple of days to check everything was OK. My stitches came out after 4 days and were replaced with steri strips. After 7 or 8 days of bruising and minor swelling, it all calmed down and I looked fantastic. I can see my eyes again. No droopy lids. The scars are tiny and right in the folds. I'm not even trying to cover them 3 weeks after op an no one has noticed. I wish I'd done it 5 years ago. Will upload photos soon
