Skin culture chemical peel 4000-best thing i've...

Skin culture chemical peel 4000-best thing i've done!

Okay guys :) I'm 18 years old and have suffered with acne all throughout my teenage years. For the past year I've had acne scars (medium-deep) all over my face and small pimples, ice pick scars AND hyperpigmentation. I've tried a nonablative laser, microdermobrasion (waste of money that was) and literally every skin care product available on the market. I had lost ALL hope at this point in time so i thought -Hey, why not. You have to apply four peels over the course of four days. Prior to the peel, I did a test patch. Everything went smoothly, so I commenced with the rest of the treatment.
Day1-Applied peel. my god does it BURN. For the first 30minutes I was fanning my face whilst standing outside as to minimize the hot sensation that was coating my entire face.
Day 2-Same process. Burnt even more!!! I can't even explain to you how bad it was. AT THIS POINT,my face looks like it's got a really robust tan and is a little red.
Day 3-Same thing just as bad. I actually put my face into the freezer! The cold actually helped minimisize some of the pain. Now my skin is erupting in these ugly yellow pimples all over my cheeks and chin :(. I called skin culture who were quite helpful and said the peel is going deep into your skin and all the impurities and dirt underneath are beginning to resurface. Felt reassured.
Day 4-Actually didn't burn that badly. Maybe it's because my skin was used to it.
Day 5-You can then apply this 'normalizer cream' to your entire face to aid the peeling process. By this time I'm looking like a burnt wrinkled potato.
Day 6-Still peeling, skin flaking everywhere, can't leave the house :(
Day 7-WOW. ALmost finished peeling and the results are great. I almost felt like crying. All my black/purple acne scars have faded significantly. Those little pimples I mentioned on day 3 have all gone too with the dead skin!! My skin feels so soft and looks rejuivanted. I can't tell you how happy I am!
DAY 8-Finish peeling at this point. I have new younger looking and much healthier skin. One of the best products I've invested in and I Hope to do one again in 4 months for a few scars I have left.

THE ONLY NEGATIVE AFFECT IS THAT YOU'LL NEED A WEEK OF WORK/SCHOOL. I HAD A WEEK OF COLLEGE DUE TO EASTER AND WAS VERY VERY FORTUNATE I DID BECAUSE THERE IS NO WAY YOU CAN BE SEEN OUTSIDE WITH YOUR SKIN PEELING.

If you have medium acne scars and hyperpigmentation i cannot recommend this treatment enough. It didn't do anything about my ice pick scars really (though my skin looks tighter so their appearance has diminished) but overall my skin is in A LOT better shape, and three people noticed it straight away without me even telling them I had a peel!!!!! I'll have to do another one over the summer when I'll be at home. ALSO your skin will be very very sensitive after, please take care of it and wear sunscreen. Lastly if you have a low pain threshold don't bother with this treatment, because it does hurt. But it's been worth it!!

Negatives-Price, didn't do anything for ice pick scars, downtime required, pain, skin sensitivity afterwards (i'm scared to go into the sunlight now lol) I'd still recommend it to anyone though.

It's been three weeks now I'm THRILLED with my results. Hyperpigmentation round my chin has vanished, and those acne scars on my cheek have vanished. Ones on forehead are considerably lighter too.
