I've always had 1 syringe of filler. Saw Dr Spiro and he injected 2 syringes and told me I need a face lift and some other treatments. I woke up the next morning looking as if someone punched me in the face I think he used way too much filler. Maybe 1-1/2 syringes would be ok (have me pay for the 2) and save the rest for a touch up (like some doctors offer to do)

He has a good reputation, gets to the point, not complimentary but rather direct about what is "wrong with your face". I wasn't quite prepared to be told what he saw but I've heard he is a perfectionist. Staff is very sweet and they are nice when I had to call because of the after effects of this excessive amount of filler. For a cash business, I had to wait a good 45 minutes before I saw the doctor - 30 minutes in the waiting room and then 15 minutes in the exam room which I thought was absurd.
