On 12-7-07 I emailed Client Services and request a refund due to having problems with treatments. I emailed and never received a phone call back nor an email stating my request is being reviewed. After several attempts I contact your Sherman oaks office and spoke to {edited}, after leaving 5 messages and waited 2 weeks for a call back I finally got a hold of her she stated she would follow up and due to change of employees my 1st request was never processed. On 2-19-08 I followed up with my refund tired to contact Liza was informed she no longer works at your CO…
I was told that Client Services would work on my refund… On 4-7-08 I called again to follow up no luck,… NO ONE was able to help me on the phone… I kept getting the answering service I was so upset I had to leave work and drive to the Sherman Oaks office. A supervisor name of {edited} assisted me, contacted Client Services and assured me that my refund is being processed and I should get an email stating the amount of the refund… {edited} emailed me and asked if Client Services had send me an email I stated NO. On 4-22-08 I contact {edited} again left him a message didn’t get a call back… On 4-27-08 I called the Sherman Oaks office again trying to get through {edited} no such luck… Today 4-29-08 I have been calling the office no one has called me back I keep getting answering service dept… No one seems to want to assist me… I will be contacting my attorney to file a court order. What the problem with this company… I paid in full before I started my treatments why cant I get my refund…
I need someone to contact me from the Newport Beach office.. which happens to be the Corp office which no one seems to have a phone number…
This has been going on for 5 months now… I will make sure to inform the news media about this as well as informing everyone I know that is going to your LIPOZAP will make sure to let them know your company is nothing but a fake …
