I would do this all over again. I was really sore for about a week and a half. The results are unbelievable. I sill have a little swelling but that is to ne expected.
I had my surgery on Oct 12, so it's been a little over a month now. I started exercising about a seek and a half after my surgery. Please check out your surgeon before making this choice...
