After a very successful breast reduction and lift, I've decided to finish the job off with liposuction to the waist, hips and abdomen. I'm absolutely delighted with my breast reduction so I am returning to the same hospital in Phuket, Thailand as they did such a good job and the service was impeccable. My present measurements are waist: 31" (79cm) hips 38" (97cm) and under bra 32" (82cm). I'm doing lots of research but any helpful tips are very welcome. Will be posting 'before' pictures soon.

I'm 44 years old and 5'4" and 130lb. I'm going to take arnica and bromelain to help with my recovery.
