It left brusing, knots, and me feeling sick. I have one more session left. I ask for my money back and lippo said i would have to finish all of my sessions and then do a whole knew session before i could get a refund. I could'nt stand for the last session much less a whole nother session. I would like my money back, and i would'nt reccommend it. It cost me 2500.00 for nothing

The Guaranteed Results Program, which every patient signs prior to treatment, says that you must qualify for a refund. It says that if fig. is to commit to treating a patient, a patient must commit to completing the treatments. So, yes we do have guarenteed results for those patients who commit to the program and see it through to the end. Lipodissolves continues to work in the body for many months after treatments. Therefore it is important to stick with treatments for the most beneficial results. If anyone has any more questions I'd be happy to help. Thanks!

How could you NOT be a candidate for a refund? Fig advertises on television that the results are guaranteed or YOUR MONEY BACK!!!! This is madness that they would make you continue to take treatments for something that does not work!! File a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in your area, the Attorney General's office in your state, and the Composite Board of Medical Examiners!!

Did you formally enter the refund process or just mention wanting a refund during one of your treatments? You may want to speak to a manager or clinic director and see what steps you need to take to formally enter a refund process. Once in the process the clinic will be able to formally review your case and see if you're a candidate for a refund.
