I was extremely scared before and during my treatment but the wonderful women at my doctor's office were so patient. Things proceded exactly as they told me they would. Some discomfort during the procedure, a lot of redness and prickly, windburned feeling after. Itching and tight feeling during the healing process.
We were very conservative the first time but now that I know how well I tolerate it I will ask that they "double stack" with the pixel next time. During the procedure I was concerned about the unpleasant smell like burning hair. I wasn't expecting that so it scared me. Now that I know that smell is normal I will be much more comfortable next time.
My treatment was not performed by my doctor, but by his staff. They were wonderful!

I think you played this well by being conservative your first time. It seems with these procedures it's easier to add than subtract. We'd love to see pictures. And please keep us updated as to how your next procedure goes.
