Atia, Do you not believe what ANYONE here says? Anyone that had a negative experience with this procedure, you are picking apart their story, and basically calling them liars, or that it couldn't have happened. Anyway, I am just reading here, I prefer to hear ALL of the good and bad, that someone has encountered, before making my choice. Everyone is unique, and individual, with healing, and so on. Some people do great having their tonsills out, for the majority, it's a simple surgery, for some, not so simple, I couldn't stop bleeding, and was hospitalized over a routine surgery. So don't be so quick to attack everyone that claims they had a bad experience. Their threshold for pain might be different than yours, their nerves might be located in slightly different areas, and they might be more affected by numbness, and so on. Anyway, just had to give my two cents, and you have responded to every person that has posted a negative experience with this procedure, claiming it cannot be true. I don't agree. Not everyone is going to have the same experience as you. Fortunately, you had a good one. Peace!
