Bad experience overall.
They don't return phone calls.Had severe pain 1st day, was not given stronger med.
Developed an eye abcess, called the answering service and was told they could only page someone if emergency.
Teck removed wrong sutures on day 7, my skin edges separated.
Had to go in to be resutured. Was not able to go to work for 5 days.

I had wonderful LSL experience. They returned all my phone calls promptly, in fact Dr Martin called just to check up on me. The results were wonderful. It is reasonable to expect pain as they performing surgery on your face, come on. Your price sounds way too high. Are you SURE you had a LSL? Which city and from which doctor?

My overall concern was the Houston office.I was told that If I came on a certain date I would be able to see a doctor.Not only did I make a 12hr trip but never saw a doctor and was told I would not see a doctor until they got money from me.My husband asked if they had any other offices seeing that they were so unproffessional.We ended up in Albuguerque NM. I was not told what not to do at the Houston office and they would not let us leave until they ran the check right there and then.I traveled to New Mexico the next week and paid about 5 thousand more dollars and they cashed the check then!The Dr. seemed well informed and asked if I smoked as I do but not alot.He advised me to quit for 2 weeks and come back.This being about 2500 miles we had traveled all toegather.He told me 1 in 15 would have some sluffing off of the skin.I went ahead since I dont smoke all the time.My ears turned black and I have huge white puss spots on the back of my ears.I do think the Doctor was a very good surgen but lack in the fact that he told me there was nothing he would do but let the skin die and hope it would not cause scaring.I am in extreem pain and now in far west Texas.Now I feel like I need to be in a severe woumb care center. So I am heading 600 miles back to Houston and consulting another Doctor. I feel very scared and feel like I need care that I cannot give to myself.I am 49 and am not a stupid person .It has been 1 week and I question myself now!
