The initial visit was to explain the procedure. It was useless for me since I had researched before I made the appointment. The NEXT appointment was ALSO useless because it was to sit with the Doctor for 10 minutes. The day of the procedure I was told that I could NOT have the procedure done since I had had surgery (to remove a tumor 20 years ago) where the new incision would have to run. Bottom line: that doc didn't have enough experience to perform the surgery. Thankfully there WAS an experienced doc at that clinic and he gave me his card. A month later I had the procedure (including under eye) and it was simple and pain free. I DO have huge buldgin scars behind my ears, however, and that wasn't expected. But the results!!! AMAZING! I have the neck of a 20 year old and I'm 55!!!! It's been 6 months and I still look as I did a month after the procedure. DO IT!

A big THANKS to the lady in Troy, Michigan. I am 54 and strongly considering the procedure. You were frank and honest, I appreciate that. So, there is minor detriment post procedure such as the keloid scarring behind the ears. Also, and perhaps most important, was the encouragement to seek professional, board certified Plastic Surgeons and NOT...some fly-by-night clinic. Thanks again, JO
