I decided when I was 35 to get my teeth totally healthy. 3 wisdom teeth removed, 1 periodontal deep cleaning and 1 tooth removal and 4 periodontal surgeries later I consulted with an Orthodontist. Very Important: He listened to my entire medical history and what I wanted. He did x-rays, an exam and took pictures. Then I sat down and went over the cost. Invisalign is not for those who have no tolerance for pain or for those who will not take care of their teeth. I went for it and I am 36 now and I am halfway done with the bottom and 1/3 of the way done on the top. Some things I've learned - USE FLUROIDE WASH FREQUENTLY. Brush and Floss regularly, get your teeth cleaned every 3 months and grin and bear it!

Dr Cullen & his staff (especially Brenda) are wonderful. They are gentle, kind, honest and they all have a great sense of humor.
