6 week post op check!!!

So I went for my 6 week post op check with dr hasell. It will be 2 months on oct 11 since my surgery. He came in took pictures and showed me my pre op pics, wowzas what a change. Anywho he said the left looks great but the right is just a smidge higher. He said I could massage if I wanted but he doesnt think i even need to because as the internal stitches dissolve and it will drop more. I notice it if I am really close to a mirror or stare at myself for a long time. He also said there were 3 layers of internal stitches that need to dissolve and the rough bumps along the incision line are the first set of stitches, completely nirmal and will take 6 weeks to dissolve. He also said pre op my breast werent a perfect match so to expect a perfect match after isnt likely either. I guess it will be totally up to me on how much that difference bothers me if I want it fixed or not.
The only thing i wish is that there was more cleavage and fullness without a bra. I think i will still have to buy push ups to bring the girls closer together. Maybe i shoulda went bigger. Damn boobie greed
I will post some pics. Give me your honest opinions ????

4 weeks

So here I am 4 weeks!! I am starting to love my new boobs. Sometimes wish I would have went a little bigger but they are perfect for my frame. My right breast still needs to drop but the left is coming along nicely. The incisions look great. My left is smoothe but the right I can still feel some nodules(dissolvable sutures maybe). They are getting squishier and I can actually squeeze them together. My nipples still tend to get a little sore but all the numbness is gone. I have a follow-up oct 5. I found out I can sleep on my side, wear a normal bra(underwire), I only need to wear a bra during the day. At night i can sleep braless!! I was so excited about these things I forgot to ask about exercising, D&F etc

3 weeks post op

So here I am at 3 weeks post op!!! It gets easier everyday to do things. I am still wavering with my feelings on my new girls only because I am so imoatient. I just want the final result now!!! Plus I am in constant worry that they arent healing right, and what ifs. I read other reviews where girls have needed revisions because one boob didnt drop or a boob bottomed out etc and thats exhausting. I also cant speak to my surgeon till sept 8 because the office is closed. Anyway, iwent to VS to get measured for fun and I am currently a 32D!!! The lady said I am slightly bigger and thats prob swelling. I tried on some swim suit tops but that was not good and i think its only because I haven't D&F yet ????
So my left boob looks like its settling nicely, but my right is taking some time. I can see some assumetry but I am my own worst critic and i look for the imperfections. I am also completely unsure if I should be sleeping on my back, or is my side okay. What weight can I lift? I have a 2 year old and what about sex??
