Feeling pretty good!
Two weeks post op and not feeling so bad. Achy and sore at times but I'm weaning off the drugs. Sneezing, coughing, yawning, etc not so much fun but I'm shocked at how good it looks after only two weeks!

I was pretty terrified to have this surgery but my general surgeon convinced me that the hernia repair was medically necessary and it made sense to do a tummy tuck at the same time. The two surgeons worked together seamlessly and put my mind at ease prior to surgery. The staff at MEETH was amazing, from the anesthesiologist to the nurses. I was expecting to feel so much worse right after the surgery based on what people had told me, so I have been very surprised to feel as good as I do. My energy is still low but I'm napping and getting around and slowly weaning off the drugs. Best advice is to take colace and arnica tablets both before and after surgery.
