I had been told by a reputable surgeon who said he was one of Kansas City's best facelift surgeons, so when he said he could successfully address my major concern, I believed him.

I had a facelift in 3-10. Surgeon anchored face downward instead of upward. He did 2nd facelift in 12-10. Face has been pulled upward, but Right side not as upward as Left side, and he still did not lift mouth as he had promised 5 times. Now he blames me for having unrealistic expectations!

He promised outcomes at initial consultations that he subsequently did not deliver. I asked him 5 times if he could lift my mouth, and he said yes! After TWO surgeries, he said "it can't be done!" Then he blamed me for having "unrealistic expectations!"
