My eyelids always felt heavy and people would constantly ask if I was tired until Dr. Bitner removed the extra skin from my upper eye lids. I had wanted to have this procedure done for years, but was scared until I met Dr. Bitner at Elase. The procedure was performed in under an hour at the Elase clinic and the recovery was much easier than anticipated. Dr. Bitner is one talented surgeon.
