5 Month Update -- Photos Taken In Late May

Hello! It has been a while since I updated. I just wanted to share some pics I had on hand. I would like to take some more since a couple of months have passed since these were taken. I think I still have some swelling in my tip. The left side of my tip is still really hard while the right side is totally soft. Overall I'm really happy. I really regret not getting the chin implant because I know Dr. Bitner would have done the best job! Maybe in the future.

5 Weeks & 1 Day Post

22 Days Post Op

Hello! I'm sorry I haven't updated in a while, I just didn't think I really had anything new to report. I added some Before photos so everyone can compare. I honestly have been feeling like I look awful, because it seems like the swelling hasn't changed, but now that I've taken photos I can definitely see an improvement over the past week. It's really funny how different your nose feels some days, the feeling is definitely starting to come back which is nice because in the beginning my nose would leak (ice) and I wouldn't even know!!! Pretty embarrassing. My nose is still pretty tender in certain areas. It seems to me that it's very swollen at the base of my bridge and in the tip.
It's also hard to tell in the photo, but my nostrils are slightly different sizes. It's way more noticeable if I flared my nostrils. I didn't notice this until last week and at first it really scared me and I thought I did something wrong, but it's hardly noticeable. I really really hope that the swelling continues to go down because I would love a cute little tip!!

First and foremost I would like to thank Dr. Bitner, Brandi & staff! They have been so kind and accommodating to me! I have met several plastic surgeons and for the most part they are all very nice, but Dr. Bitner was obviously the most impressive. I am from NJ but my sisters have lived out in the SLC for over 15 years so I try to fly in at least once a year. I actually find the plastic surgeons in UT to be better than those in the tri-state area and of course those in NYC area are pretty pricey. I have been debating a rhino for the past few years and just never found the right person that I felt comfortable with operating on my face. Recently, I decided to consider Drs in SLC and initially considered Dr. Mobley. He had some impressive reviews but also some negative and I actually have a friend who consulted with him and was not happy at all. While checking out Mobley I came across a mention of Dr. Bitner, who has nothing but positive reviews on all sites. Brandi was incredibly accommodating to me and also worked with my insurance company which I greatly appreciate! I consulted with Dr. Bitner 12/30 and my sister and I were blown away with his advanced photo imaging equipment, demeanor, before and after photos, etc. I had surgery the following day 12/31.
