I was impressed by the office and lavish...
I was impressed by the office and lavish facilities. I also went online and read the reviews and felt confident that Dr. Yates would be the right practitioner. I went in and was promised "results I would be happy with". I was very disappointed with the outcome. I also felt Dr. Yates was not fair and open with me. In a follow up consult, he was quick to pass me off. He is very persuasive and polite but I would not go back to him and would not suggest him to other potential patients. He does not have the skill levels of the doctor I thought I was securing.
