Only used ice on lips for 15 minutes or so before injections. Just felt a little pinch. I am tough though, even my doctor said so. She gave me "Cupid lips" as I did not want too much puffiness. I always have had a flat, thin upper lip and had started to cover my mouth for pics. My doctor injected my bottom lip also. Some swelling for a few days and a dried out, chapped feeling for a week or so. I am sooooo happy with the results.
I am 61 and my husband told me I look so pretty especially when I smile. Glad I had it done. My confidence level went up 100%.

My doctor and her staff were wonderful. No real wait time and she actually listened to what I wanted. I also had some wrinkles filled in around my smile lines and I had what is called a witches chin. I have always been self conscious of that, she noticed it and gave me free Botox in my chin to cause it to drop a little and not stick out. My doctor was so professional and sweet at the same time. I feel as if I have made a new friend.
