“NOT A REVIEW - Latisse and Permanent Eyeliner--what's Really Happening”

I'm a professional cosmetic tattoo artist with 3,500 procedures completed. I just returned from the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals (SPCP.org) convention in San Diego. Our panel of experts agreed that Latisse can cause extreme bleeding during a permanent eyeliner procedure. Many artists are refusing to work on clients using Latisse.
Although doctors on this community are mostly saying it's okay, I trust the tattoo artists' opinions as they are the ones in the field experiencing the reactions.
