Dr. Williams was recommended to me by two friends...

Dr. Williams was recommended to me by two friends who had procedures performed by him and were very happy with their results. I probably waited 5 to 10 years too long to finally pull the trigger. I had multiple things that were making me unhappy, so I had a browlift, facelift, upper and lower bleph with some fat transfers in July of 2014. My skin was very loose. I had a tremendous amount of work done at one time, but that was my choice. I only wanted to do this once.

After my surgery, I ended up with quite a bit of bruising under my eyes which caused some hyperpigmentation. Dr. Williams was quick to address that with a cream that contained hydroquinone, and when my skin could tolerate it, he gave me a series of 3 TCA peels. All it cost me was my time. Those did the trick. By then though, after the fat settled and the swelling was completely gone from the surgery, I was disappointed. I know you're not supposed to have unrealistic expectations, but I was hoping for a different result.

As I continued to be seen for follow-up appointments to address the hyperpigmentation, I mentioned that I was hoping for a better result on my jowls. I also was hoping for a better result on my lower eyes, but I realized that I apparently bruise way too easily and that was the cause of my problems there. My comments were heard and addressed. Dr. Williams suggested he do a little pinch of my lower lids to try to tighten them up, and since I was so obsessed with my jowls, he agreed to try to tighten them up more.

Exactly a year after my first surgery I went in to have the tweaking done. This time I was given an oral medication and had local anesthesia. It was a much more pleasant experience for me, since I've had a bad reaction to general anesthesia any time I've had it. I was asleep during most of the procedure and only woke up when the last of the stitches were being done. I felt absolutely nothing. After both procedures, I had no pain and didn't need the pain medication I was provided. Ice seemed to do the trick for me. This time I had no dark bruising and I healed in short order. Ten days after surgery I looked completely normal.

I am absolutely thrilled with my results after the touch-up, which did not cost me a dime. Dr. Williams was so kind and concerned that I be happy that he went out of his way to work with me until I saw the result I was hoping for. I am 63 years old and feel I look pretty good. I am not very photogenic and I also am not an experienced selfie-taker, but I hope these photos give you some idea of my huge transformation.
