Why: professional AND artistic.
I luv, luv, luv my permanent cosmetics. I had it done TEN years ago and it is going strong! Be very careful about who you use (ask for a portfolio of their work), and the inks they use (certain oxides can go blue or greenish). Otherwise, so great to just put on lipgloss and sunscreen and hit the road. Good for warm weather locales and contact lenses wearers, etc.)
