I had bladeless-Lasik a few months ago. Know before you do this that the doctor will consider your surgery a success if one eye ends up 20/15 and the other 20/30. It's very common. This is how I turned out and most of my friends as well. (They failed to tell me until after my surgery.)

I had heahaches for a month because of the mismatched vision. And, it's VERY annoying when you think there must be dirt in you right eye because you can't see as well with it. Example, when I read a sign clearly at 30 feet with one eye, I have to walk halfway to it to see it as clearly with the other eye.

Oh, my god I was going to exactly that... one eye fix to see from far and the other to see closer.. I tried the sample that they gave me but, the problem is that my eyes get dry a lot and is kind of weird feeling when you have to be in the computer for so long. I had an final appoinment to schedule my surgery but, I am calling it off. thanks.
