“Not Really Worth It”
Spent: $700 in Wlanut Creek, CA

I had a lot of dark bristly hair on my chin and lip. The treatment was pretty painful (tears came to my eyes, and I'm pretty stoic) and the topical anesthetic didn't help all that much. Some of the hair is gone but not $700 worth. If I had to do it again I would go for electrolysis, which also hurts and takes longer but I think would have gotten rid of more hair.
I was hoping that the laser would get rid of the hair faster than electrolysis for somewhat more cost, but was dissapointed. She told me my dark hair was actually red and I could not expect the laser to kill it. I wish she had told me before I spent the $700.
My coloring is fairly light skin, light brown hair, green eyes. I use the next-to-the-lightest foundation.
