“Lasek improved my vision - enhanced my life”

I have wanted to have my eyes corrected for many years but have been afraid of the risks and the possible pain. The staff educated me on the differences between PRK, Lasek and Lasik.

Prior to the procedure, I had a full exam, I was not a suitable candidate for Lasik but I was for Lasek. The operation was quick and professional. Time was taken to ensure that the machine settings were correct based on my prescription.

The post-op was excellent. I was seen the next day, the third day, the sixth day, the 9th day and then 21st day. My next appointment will be in 2 months. One week after the operation, I was seeing 20/25. I am now seeing 20/20. Note that Lasek takes longer to heal as compared to Lasik but it is actually a safer procedure.
