I tried out the Vanquish procedure at Dr. Fisher's office this past summer. I originally had signed up for 4 treatments but ended up doing 8 because I wanted to really see results and I did. Over the 8 weeks I lost 5 pounds of weight and more significantly I lost about 2-3 inches in my waist. The fat around my stomach area is gone forever now! My problem was I didn't follow through on my diet after I was done with my procedures and I gained some weight back BUT my waist is pretty much the same and my belly is still flat. I'm not sure if I would do this procedure again because I didn't see drastic changes but I do know it does work and if you just have that little weight around your midsection you want to get rid of, this might be for you. The Vanquish helps lose the waist that would take you a couple months in the gym to do. But with anything you need a balanced diet and weight training/cardio to live a healthy life and see max results.
Dr. Fisher and her staff are awesome, friendly, and know what they are doing. They just moved to a state-of-the-art office at Town Square on S. Las Vegas Boulevard.
I would def recommend seeing her if you have any cosmetic prodedures questions.
