Dr. Lane Smith and Dr. Crowley are both awesome....
Dr. Lane Smith and Dr. Crowley are both awesome. Before the surgery I felt so cared for and everyone from receptionist to ER nurses were so sweet and helpful. A week after my procedure I noticed how difficult it was to actually see the Doctor. No Bueno! Even my on call appointment was a hassle. The bottom line is, can't the entire experience from start to finish be memorable? It's like going to eat at Michael Mina's but you only get to order McDonald's! I wish I felt differently and I feel bad having to write a review like this when Dr. Smith is so amazing. So my review of him is great it's just the scheduling drama that I detest.
