I did a ton of research on this procedure and read numerous reviews prior to deciding on it. I have to admit, I was a little nervous initially, but that quickly passed.

I had my abdomen done with the large applicator. The first 5 minutes was uncomfortable and felt like a very hard steady pinch. The rest of the procedure was a piece of cake.

I had this done 1 day ago and have not experienced any side effects whatsoever, no pain, no itching, no burning, no stinging, no tightness. I'm amazed! Now the waiting game to see how much fat is gone. Will update in a few weeks.

A week has passed and I'm experiencing nothing major...occasional minor stabbing like pain, but tolerable. The weeks can't pass fast enough for me to see the final results.

Anywhere from 4 weeks to 6 weeks I believe is the average; I can say that I've lost 3 lbs since having it done; may be a coincidence because I go to the Y a couple of times a week. I will continue to update weekly.
