I had coolsculpting done 5 weeks ago and I do notice some changes in my lower abs as I had the large applicator. However I do work out on a regular basis (cardio and yoga) and eat pretty healthy for the most part.
I was very bloated for about 2-3 weeks with numbness around the area. I am 5'2 about 120 pounds and at the time of my appt my body fat was 29.8%, my follow up appt is in 4 weeks so I am hoping my body fat has gone down some from the coolsculpting. I'll definitely keep you posted.

I didn't see the doctor but his assistant which I was ok with since coolsculpting is non invasive. His assistant was very knowledgable about the machine and the procedure. I figured she is the one who is going to do it, I would trust her more than the doctor anyway.
