I weigh 124 lbs and am 5'6" in height with a little stubborn fat in that abdomen and back. Yesterday I did my middle abdomen and I was very nervous because I have fair and sensitive skin and I was afraid it was going to be painful after reading some peoples experiences. However, I found it to be tolerable. The worst part was the beginning part where it sucked everything in and then after about 10 mins It was just a little annoying but the hour went by fast. And then the end was sort of painful when she massaged my Popsicle of fat.

Today I am a little sore as if I worked out way to hard but nothing intolerable and I can work and function just fine. I will update on my actual results in a few months!
