Aruba!
We are getting ready for our spring break trip in a few weeks and went bathing suit shopping today! I'm a little over 4 months out from tummy tuck. Belly is numb still but my surgery and recovery was better than most of say..... No complications what do ever! I've been swamped at work for the last 8 weeks and have not worked out like normal not have I eaten clean as usual so I'm a bit disappointed in my results.... All my fault though. Since surgery I notice other areas that should be better. Never ends! I'm still happy with results and have committed to gym once again as soon as I hit Aruba. I actually love to workout on vacation and eat the fruit. I'm swamped these 2 weeks leading up to Aruba but I already have in ink gym dates when I get home to work on love handles, legs and to tond abs. I'm feeling very soft. I still swell at night and when I'm more active at work so I'm still wear cg a few hours most nights. It helps !
Disappointed in self!
I've started the bikini body 12 week program and have been doing it for two weeks. My eating was out-of-control though and I don't feel like I've made any progress in a month or so. Back on the bandwagon to my clean eating! I still swell at night:(. I meet with my plastic surgeon this coming Thursday and I'm going to discuss with him all the ab work he said I was okay to do.I would hate to reverse the effects of the tummy tuck.
