Birth defect removal on side of hand. He was so unemotional and rude, that it was almost painful to just see him.

Rude, uncaring, disinterested and just plain bad manners describes this "doctor". Don't waste your time or money here unless you're $pending your money getting a major face-lift or body re-haul!
