I have fought my weight my entire life. I have always been athletic and played sports, but after high school I just kept gaining weight. I finally got a hold of my weight 7 years ago, and now I am very fit. I work out at least 6 days a week for at least 1 hour at a time, often more. I kickbox, lift weights, run, zumba, you name it; but I am still horrible. I can not loose this gross belly.

I feel as though it is the first thing that you see when you look at me. How can you feel pretty or sexy when you see this loose skin giggling around?

Well, I have bitten the bullet after 2 boys (8 and 2). I am doing it! Actually my husband made the appointment because I kept coming up with reasons not to do it.

I am scared to death and am not obsessed with reading everything I can find on tummy tucks.

Yes you are going to do this and love the results:) You go girl!

How exciting to be getting your new body. Oh you are going to be so happy in the end.

Plan to take it easy for the first six weeks and allow your body to properly heal. The first two weeks you will need to do nothing at all except let others take care of you. It is hard to do but necessary.

Keep us up to date on your process and post some before and after pictures if you are comfortable with that.
